Dear Pine Hill Parents, Students, and Colleagues,
It’s been a joy teaching on the Hill. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work at such an amazing school in such a wonderful community. Pine Hill is truly a phenomenal place --the teachers are so talented, the parents are so supportive, the staff is so friendly, the administration is so caring, and the students are so joyful. I will miss everyone, especially the many fabulous 5K students that I’ve had the privilege to teach these past three years. From morning meetings to homework projects, from comfy chairs to Silent Ball, from fraction multiplication to the American Revolution, I’ll always cherish the fun times and learning adventures my students and I shared together. I want to thank parents, administration, and colleagues for making it all possible. Although I’m sad to say goodbye, I’m looking forward to time home with my son, Connor. Being a mom has been one incredible learning adventure for me, and one that brings me more joy than I ever thought possible in life. I am not sure where my future in teaching will take me, but I am thankful for everything that Pine Hill has given me.
Sincerely,
Meri Kimball
