I am going to compare and contrast Katniss and Sabrina. Katniss is the main character in the book The Hunger Games, a book that takes place in the future. Sabrina is one of the main characters in The Sister’s Grim; this story is in a place where fairy tales are things that actually happened. These two characters have a lot in common and some things that are different.
One thing Katniss and Sabrina have in common is that they both are very protective. For example they are always looking after their siblings and they will do anything to keep them safe. Katniss volunteered for her sister in the hunger games; she almost died for her sister. After their parents got kidnapped Sabrina was always looking out for her sister Dapheny. Sabrina was like a mother figure for Dapheny. In addition they are both very mature. For example Katniss is the person who gets food for her family and she takes care of her sister. When Sabrina and Dapheny got into the foster care system they got put with a lot of weirdoes, and Sabrina always found a way to keep her and her sister safe. Another thing Sabrina and Katniss have in common is that they both have a lot of secrets and emotions they don’t tell anyone. For example President Snow told Katniss that if she didn’t do what he wanted her to do he would kill all the people Katniss loved, and she didn’t tell anyone! Sabrina has many emotions that doesn't tell anyone. She had so many emotions that when Rumple Stiltskin got her to tell him her emotions, she had enough emotions to fuel him into a bomb. Another thing Katniss and Sabrina have in common is that they have the same fashion sense. Both Katniss and Sabrina don’t like pink and dresses. They both wear what makes them comfortable. For example Katniss has the money to buy dresses and designer clothes, but she prefers to wear her old hunting jacket and boots. Sabrina didn’t have a choice of what to wear in the orphanage, but then when she had a choice of what to wear at her grandmothers she chose the same style.
As you can see Sabrina and Katniss have a lot of things in common they also have some things that are different. One thing that’s different about Katniss and Sabrina is that Katniss is the main supporter of her family and Sabrina isn’t. After Katniss’s father died in an accident, Katniss took the role of feeding her family and taking care of her sister. On the other hand, Sabrina always had food and a roof over her head.
As you can see Sabrina and Katniss have a lot of thngs in common nd a lot of things that are different.
My most favorite two books are in the “Harry Potter” series and my favorite two characters from the series are Harry Potter and Hermione Granger. I’m going to tell you some of the things that they both have in common.
Harry Potter and Hermione both wanted to be in the house of Gryffindor in Hogwarts School of witchcraft and wizardry. They didn’t want to be in the other houses because all the other houses were not as great as Gryffindor especially Slytherin because all the worst wizards came from there such as Lord Voldemort. He killed Harry’s parents when Harry was a kid.
Also, Harry and Hermione both love solving mysteries. In the first book, the both wanted to find the Sorcerers stone and in the second book they both wanted to find out who opened the Chamber of Secrets.
Another thing they both have in common is that they both trust Hagrid with their secrets. For instance, in the first book, Harry, Hermione and Ron (their friend), went to Hagrid’s cabin to tell him who they think stole the sorcerers stone. They both trust Hagrid to keep their secret safe.
Lastly, they both know how to cast spells on the things. Such as, they both know how to make things float by simply saying “Winggardium Leviosa,” and the object floats.
Now I will tell you some of the things that Harry does that Hermione doesn’t.
First of all, Harry Potter is a risk taker. For instance, in the first book (Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone), the flying teacher tells the students not to fly on their broomsticks while she takes a student to the hospital wing, but a student named Malfoy took something of the kids that went to the hospital wing and started flying away with it and Harry was about to go and immediately Hermione stopped Harry and she told him that he was going to get in trouble. As you can see, Hermione is prudent about certain things.
Next, Harry doesn’t pay attention in class that much. In the first movie, Harry was writing on paper when Professor Snape was talking. Other like Hermione, she pays attention in class so much, she corrects every mistake that someone makes. As you can see, Hermione is the smart one!
After that, Harry plays Quidditch. Quidditch is a wizard sport that is almost like football. You have to throw balls in a hoop and if you catch the golden snitch, you automatically win the game. Hermione doesn’t play a wizard sport. As you can see, Harry may be more athletic than Hermione.
Lastly, Harry Potter doesn’t have a family to go to on break. The Durleys don’t treat Harry like family. Other like Hermione, she has a nice, sweet family to go to on break. Hermione’s family treats her like family. As you can see, Harry must be a lonely man.
Now I’ll tell you things that Hermione does that Harry doesn’t do.
Hermione is prudent about certain things. For example, When Harry was about to get on his broomstick to get the thing that Malfoy took, Hermione said “NO! You are going to get in big trouble!” As you can see, Harry doesn’t think before he does his actions.
Next, Hermione is really smart. After every mistake that somebody makes. She studies for every single pop quiz. Harry just wanders off in class writing in his notebook. As you can see, Harry isn’t the smartest one.
After that, Hermione doesn’t play any kind of wizard sport. Harry does play a wizard sport that is quidditch. Professor McGonagall spotted Harry riding his broomstick and she made him the new seeker for quidditch. As you can see, Hermione may not be more athletic than Harry.
Lastly, Hermione has a family to go to for breaks. Hermione’s family is really nice, but Harry’s family is really mean and rude. The Dursley’s make Harry live under a cupboard! That’s a family that I wouldn’t want to live with!
As you can see, Harry and Hermione are both very different, but the are both the same in many different ways.
Have you ever read the two books Diary of a Wimpy Kid and Wonder, well I’m going to describe the similarities and differences between Greg Heaffley from Diary of a Wimpy Kid and Jack Will from Wonder.
First of all, I will describe some similarities between Greg and Jack. One thing they have in common is that they both like to play video games. For example, at the beginning of book four, Greg was sitting in front of the TV playing video games, and when Jack went to his friend August’s house to study, all he wanted to do was play on August’s Xbox. Another thing Greg and Jack have in common is that they both ask for help from their friends. For example, Greg takes advantage of his friend Rowley by making him pull Greg in a wagon to get up a hill to get to his house, and Jack copies off of August’s test answers. A final thing Greg and Jack have in common is that they both absolutely HATE school. For example, Greg hates school of his reckless class mates, and Jack hates school because it is boring for him.
Now that we have those similarities out of the way, now we do differences. One difference between them is that Jack punched a kid for making fun of his friend, and I can’t imagine Greg hitting someone. Another difference between them is that Greg always runs from a fight and Jack stands up for himself in tough situations. A Final difference between them is that Greg befriends people to try and get popular and Jack befriends people to be a nice guy.
Both of these Characters are great people, if they were real I’d love to meet them, but in the meantime, go read Wonder and/or Diary of a Wimpy Kid.
I’m going to be comparing and contrasting from a book named The one and only Ivan --a gorilla named Ivan and a elephant named Ruby. Ruby is a baby elephant Ivan is an adult. Now I’m going to compare them and contrast them. For example Ivan beats his chest Ruby doesn’t do that but she drinks with her trunk. Here are some things in common about them. They both like stories, like each other and they like playing together. Now here are things that I’m going to contrast them. Ivan is a Adult. Ruby is a baby. Ruby doesn’t know much but Ivan knows things --she always ask Ivan what those are. More people like Ruby the most because she’s a baby. People don’t really like Ivan that much. Ivan walks with his hands but Ruby doesn’t. Ivan kind of looks like humans but Ruby doesn’t. Ruby’s fingers are in the tip of her trunk. But Ivan fingers are where there are supposed to be. Ivan came to the mall first but Ruby came second. Next there’s one more thing in common they like hanging out together. Ruby doesn’t look like a human only Ivan. Ivan is the one and only Ivan because he the only Ivan. Ruby is a baby that is cute. Ruby feet are round but Ivan has normal feet like they are supposed to be. So this is my comparing and contrasting essay I wrote.
I read the One And only Ivan and now I’m reading Dewey the Library cat. Here are some compare and contrast with Ivan and Dewey.
There are many ways Ivan and Dewey are different .For example, Dewey lives in the Library and Ivan lives in the mall. That means Dewey got adopted by a librarian and Ivan got adopted by a mall keeper.
There is another way Ivan and Dewey are different. For example Dewey is very happy has a clown and Ivan is sad.
There are lots of ways Dewey and Ivan are similar. They both were found when they were babies and they both got adopted .They like to make new friends. Another way that Ivan and Dewey are similar is that Dewey likes to entertain people and kids when they are sad and he would go to them and sit on their lap and make them happy .Ivan watches TV and draws for people and they buy his drawings to be happy.
I hope that you liked how I compare and contrasted Ivan and Dewey .I like the books because they tell about the lives and troubles of interesting animals.
Sadie and Carter are siblings. They both are alike in many ways, but they are also different in many ways. Here are some ways they are different.
First, Sadie cares about her appearance for example once she wore makeup, furry boots, and furry clothes. Then she found out that fur isn’t good for magic so she went crazy. Second, Carter doesn’t care about his appearance for example he wore pajamas while fighting a monster! Also, Sadie only cares about herself for example she had a servant when they were on a ship the servant asked if she wanted food she said shut up and go away. But, Carter cares about everyone (except her sister) when Zia died (Carters friend) he cried like crazy, but Sadie didn’t care. Also, Sadie thinks ahead, for example when there uncle left and the baboon was guarding the library Sadie brought cheerios to give to the baboon. But, Carter never thinks ahead for example he almost killed himself fighting a monster! And he didn’t even defeat it. There also both risk takers for example they risked their lives to save the world. Also they’re both host of gods. Finally they’re both magicians.
As you can see they’re not very alike. You probably think siblings would be alike but they have been apart for years.
There are many ways that Madeleine Masterson and Lulu Punchalower are different and have very little similarities between them. From the book School Of Fear.
There are so many differences between Lulu and Madeleine. For example, Madeleine dresses very dark, for example, imagine it like a day of the new moon coming in, nothing but darkness filling in the night sky, nothing but a dark night. However, Lulu dresses very bright, like a happy kid on a bright, sunny, spiritual day. Well I guess opposites really DO attract. Because Lulu is terrible she is a bully to everybody in her school. Speaking of sad or happy and mean or nice, Madeleine is actually nicer than Lulu is. But, she really likes to stay in the big crowd and never gets noticed a lot, it is because she is very shy. But, Lulu is obviously very antagonizing to people , like a bully and likes the center of attention, always speaks her mind and wants be popular or very noticeable ( like I said before). Madeleine has a fear of bugs and insects (including spiders) . And Lulu is afraid of confined spaces/ very small space . And Lulu is very claustrophobic depending on where she is. Here are some similarities: Both, have fears and now go to the same summer school (School Of Fear) and want meet or see other people that go there and to see what they’re like. They are also nervous about how the school looks and how the staff there could be mean or grumpy. Basically, Lulus’ character is about how she likes the center of attention and the reason she is a bully is because since she has fears of confined spaces, she wants to make other people feel bad and have their own fears. Madeleines’ character expresses on how she wants to be her own person and since she has a huge fear of bugs, insects, and spiders she knows that her mom is just trying to get her to get over her fears. Madeleine will soon get over her fears after going to this school/camp (School Of Fear).
As you can see, there are many differences between Madeleine Masterson and Lulu Punchalower. And both of their characters are very different from each other and have very little similarities. Both characters could become friends when they meet up at School Of Fear. We never know, read the book to find out. I have, and it will blow your mind. The book School Of Fear is really good. Anyway, Madeleine and Lulu from the book School Of Fear, are very different and a little the same between each other, find out more by reading the book, School Of Fear. I chose to do this paragraph because it is my favorite book and that Madeleine and Lulu are my most favorite characters form School Of Fear.
Beatrice Prior and Katniss Everdeen are two female characters from two great books called The Hunger Games and Divergent. They both have many differences and they both have many things alike. Here are some of them.
Here are some ways Katniss and Beatrice are different:
At the Choosing Ceremony, Beatrice finds herself joining the fearless group called Dauntless. Here, Beatrice has to change her image so no one will know she’s actually a coward. Beatrice always worries how other people see her. As for Katniss, she doesn’t care how other people see her. For example, when Haymitch insults Katniss, most of the time Katniss doesn’t let him get under her skin. In Dauntless training, Beatrice has trouble with using weapons. Every gun, knife, chainsaw, sword or bow and arrows, feels awkward to Beatrice. However, Katness been using weapons ever since she was a kid. For instance, when Katniss was showing off her bow skills in front of the Game Makers, she shot an arrow up 50 feet in the air in perfectly into the apple in the pig’s mouth, because the Game Makers weren’t listening. In training, Beatrice had to fight, but she was afraid that her parents will hate her for not being more Abnegation, by hurting someone. When Katniss was in The Hunger Games, she didn’t care for a living soul. For example, when Rue was shot with an arrow, Katniss shot the guy who killed Rue.
Here are some ways Katniss and Beatrice are alike:
Both Beatrice and Katniss are very brave. It was very brave of Katniss to volunteer for the Hunger Games so her sister Prim Rose doesn’t have to be in it, even if it means for her to die. Beatrice likewise, zip-lined off a 300 foot building so she can become a Dauntless initiate. Katniss and Beatrice both get angry very easily. Once Haymitch told Katniss that she wouldn’t win the Hunger Games, because of her attitude, on the train, and Katniss threatened to stab Haymitch with a fork. When a girl named Molly played a little joke on Beatrice, she then beat Molly till she was curled up in a ball with a black eye, bruises and a bloody nose. When Katniss was in the Hunger Games, she was determined to prevent Rue from dying. Beatrice also, was determined to win the capture the flag, so she climbed up an abandoned Ferris Wheel to track down the other team.
All in all, these two girls are different and alike in many ways. They both have an interesting and hard life. That doesn’t mean they are any bad people at all. There actually are quite fascinating!
Ben and Griffin are two friends from the Swindle series. They both live in Cedarville, New York. They are alike in many ways but they are also different in many ways. But neither can be trusted. I’m going to show you how they are alike and different.
One thing that Ben and Griffin have in common is they both take risks. For instance, they each got their parents out of the house, then snuck out of their houses, and ran to the city dock at midnight. At the dock they helped each other steal a boat. And then stole some animals from a zoo boat! Another thing they have in common is they both believe in miracles. For example, they entered the meanest, toughest, and most vicious guard dog in Long Island, in a dog show just hoping to win. They didn’t. And the last thing they have in common is they are both very sneaky. For example, Ben snuck through an airshaft completely unnoticed. Likewise, Griffin snuck a hundred-fifty pound Doberman into an attic during broad daylight. His parents were home too!
As you can see, Ben and Griffin are alike in many ways, but now you’re going to see all of the areas were Ben and Griffin are different. In many ways are they different.
One way the two boys are different is Griffin is very devious. He’ll sneak through a graveyard in the middle of the night, in a black suit; digging and everyone would think he was at a restaurant with his friends because that’s what he told everyone. He enjoys being sneaky. He finds it exhilarating. Ben on the other hand is completely full of “what ifs.” He is very cautious about many things in his life at once, including being caught in the act. One more thing the boys are different upon is Griffin keeps his eyes on the prize. He’s very determined to get what he wants. For example, one time Griffin asked to see the best dog trainer of all time, Dimitri Trebezhov, to help him train a dog. He said “Go home and stay away.” Griffin kept banging on the door until he came back to the door. Dimitri eventually gave in and Griffin got his way. Again. But Ben gives in easily and doesn’t always follow through on everything he says. For instance, on a boat, Ben started to become uneasy. He was constantly asking if they could turn around and go home. He said it about a hundred times by the end of the voyage. When they got off the boat Ben said “I was so dumb, I was so stupid, why on Earth did I ever agree to go on this stupid boat ride in the first place.” The last thing that the two boys are different is Griffin keeps a cool head in tough situations. Meaning he stays calm. For example, when a kid named Shank, who had a body structure of a tank, but very short, was saying “Yo justice come here,” and Griffin just ignored the threatening boy. But, unlike Griffin, Ben can sometimes crack, or freak out, under pressure. For instance, Ben tried to stay awake because of his disorder called narcolepsy, but was freaking out so bad that his neck and back were completely sweat-drenched.
These two boys are friends but are different and alike in many ways. But everyone is different even if your friends with someone whose different. Like Ben and Griffin.
Have you ever wondered what two characters from two different books have in common? I’m doing that right now with Gregg Heffley from the Diary of a Wimpy Kid and August from the book Wonder. I’m going to tell you some things they do have in common.
One thing they have in common is they both have trouble making friends. For example, Gregg is just not the type of kid who can fit in with the cool kids. It just doesn’t work out for him that way. His only friend is Rowley and he’s just weird and a nerd. August on the other hand has a face deform so that doesn’t come so handy for him. He’s not the type of kid who can go up to another kid and say, “Hey want to be my friend,” because he’s afraid people will make fun of him because of his face deformity. Sometimes I feel bad for both of them.
Here are some things they don’t have in common. First, they treat their parents differently. For example, Gregg treats his parents badly because there way over protective. August treats his parent’s great because he loves them a lot and he calls his mom mummy and his dad daddy. Another one is August likes toys and Star Wars and Gregg doesn’t like that at all. I wonder if they would be friends if they met each other.
I am going to tell you about two characters Mac and Vince, from The Fourth Stall. I’m also going to tell you about their likes and dislikes, their similarities and their character traits. Like their style and behavior. Mac and Vince are two different people and here is why!
The first example is their likes and dislikes. Vince is very good with mathematics and numbers but on the other hand Mac is not as good. For example at their business in The fourth stall Vince keeps track of all the money and all the books but Mac listens to people’s problems. Another difference between Mac and Vince is Mac isn’t a fan of school but Vince is a little different he enjoys school . For instance, I read that one time Mac started daydreaming about one of the big problems he had to solve, in the middle of class.
They also have many similarities, one of them is they both LOOOVVVEEE the Chicago Cubs. They love them so much they do cubs trivia with each other at random times. Another similarity that Mac and Vince have is that they both are good at solving problems .For example, when they have to solve a problem they always get to the bottom of it. The last similarities that Mac and Vince have is they are both very brave and sneaky. One time they snuck into the principals office and changed the test scores.
In conclusion, Mac and Vince have their own unique personality. But their many similarities is the core of their friendship.
Christopher Columbus and Ferdinand Magellan were explorers from the 15-16 centuries. They became famous for things they didn’t know they would do.
For example, they both had a dream to get to the Indies. But they both went off course and that is what made them famous. They were both leaders. Instead of going south and around the tip of Africa, they went west; Different than most explorers. Columbus went due west and landed in the Bahamas. In contrast, Ferdinand Magellan went southwest and through a straight at the tip of South America. Columbus hated admitting he was wrong. If all the clues said that he had messed up his, “so clever calculations,” his dream of finding the Indies over took him and he somehow convinced himself he was right. Unlike Columbus, when Magellan found out that the Pacific Ocean was much larger than he thought, he just said, there’s got to be a first for everything and kept on sailing. Another similarity they have is that both crews didn’t manage their hunger. They both ended up eating rats and other animals on board.
All in all, Christopher Columbus and Ferdinand Magellan have very many things that are different, and in contrast, things that are in common.
On this essay I’m going to write about a compare and contrast I’m going to compare and contrast two characters from a book named wonder. The characters names are August and Julian there are great boys well one not so great or nice. Read this essay so you can find out if there in common or different.
First, the differences Julian is really mean to other kids especially August. For example when the kids took August on a tour Julian was being mean like saying where you in a fire because his face is deformed. August is always nice to everybody. Like this one time jack was his friend but then August heard him talking bad about him and after that he still for gave him. Another difference is Julian is popular in school because he talks a lot to kids his age but August is shy and doesn’t really talk to anybody but his friends. Another difference is that Julian is rich and he brags about it a lot.
Next, the common stuff they have aren’t a lot at all. The first one is that they both are jacks friends but Julien doesn’t really like him anymore because he’s friends with August. The other thing is that there both enemies they hate one another.
Finally, hope you found out who is the nice kid in the book and you had fun reading this essay
Red and ash are two of the most iconic Pokémon trainers ever in the Pokémon franchise. Some thing they both have in common is that they both have Pikachu’s. They both are Pokémon trainers. Now here’s how there different red destroyed the Pokémon league ash couldn’t even beat the elite four. Red defeated an entire fleet of team rocket ash cant even get rid of 3 members of team rocket.
In conclusion that is how red and ash are the same and different in many ways.
Cass and Katniss have things in common. They also have things they have that are uncommon. What this article is about is comparing and contrasting Cass and Katniss.
First of all, Cass and Katniss are both from two different books. Cass is from “The Secret series” and Katniss is from “The Hunger Games series”. Second, Cass solves a mystery and Katniss competes in the hunger games. Also, the Hunger Games is more of a book that contains killing and weapons and the secret series is more of a mystery book. Now I’ll tell you things that they have in common.
Cass and Katniss are both female heroines which means a female hero. Another example is they both try to protect their families. For example, Cass carries a backpack with her just in case of a natural disaster and Katniss goes hunting with her friend Gale to gather food and she takes care of her family too. They also have male partners. Cass goes with Max-Ernest and Katniss goes with Peeta later on in the book. Another thing they have in common is they both have to stay hidden in parts of the book. For example Cass needs to sty hidden when she goes to the midnight sun and Katniss needs to stay hidden during the Hunger Games.
Cass and Katniss have things in common and they also have things they don’t really have in common. Even though this article had things they have and don’t have in common there are always more things you can find.
In this, you will see how Cass and Max-Ernest are alike, and different. Cass and Max-Ernest are both from the secret series, and are main characters. First, I will compare them.
First of all, Cass and Max-Ernest are both adventurous . For example, Cass and Max-Ernest traveled through their town, out of state, through snowy mountains, and through jungles. Also, Cass and Max-Ernest are both brave. For instance, they weren’t afraid to sneak around in a place where if they were seen, they could be kidnapped. Cass, along with Max-Ernest both like mysteries. They’re trying to solve several. They’re trying to figure out why Cass’ mother got kidnapped, who the evil people really are, and why are they doing evil things? Cass and Max-Ernest are both fighting evil. They’re fighting Ms. Mauvious, Dr. L, and Senor Hugo. They are the ones who kidnapped Cass’ mother. Another comparison, is that Cass and Max-Ernest are casual. Cass just throws her hair up, and doesn’t care, and Max-Ernest just wears a t-shirt and jeans. Also, Cass and Max-Ernest are both good at cracking codes. They both act as if it’s so easy to do, when really it’s actually hard to find out.
Next, I will contrast them. Cass is worry-free and Max-Ernest is always worried. For example, Cass had some trail mix, and Max-Ernest wanted it, but since he was allergic to chocolate, he didn’t even want a little piece just in case. Cass was fine with him eating it. She wasn’t worried. Next contrast, is that Cass likes to camp outside, and Max-Ernest doesn’t. For instance, they camped outside, and Max-Ernest complained the whole time. Meanwhile, Cass loved it. Cass is serious, but Max-Ernest isn’t. Cass is always focused with everything, and Max-Ernest will always say a joke. Another contrast, is that Cass is always prepared, and Max-Ernest brings nothing. Cass always has her backpack with everything in it. Max-Ernest just leaves it up to Cass.
Those were some of the reasons how Cass and Max-Ernest are alike, and not alike. They have some different interests and some same interests. Now you realize how to compare Cass and Max-Ernest.
David and Zanna are both from the last dragon Chronicles. David and Zanna have some things in common, the also have some things that they don’t have in common. This report will compare and contrast David and Zanna.
David and Zanna are alike because, they both care for their kids. For example, once Zanna almost got pecked to death by ravens just to save her daughter Lexie. Another example is that David dove in front of a baseball coming 60mph at Alexa his daughter. David and Zanna are also alike because they both hate evil. For example, Zanna, a Sybil met another Sybil but, that Sybil was evil. Zanna used all of her powers just to destroy the evil Sybil. Another example is that David will do anything he can do just to destroy the other evil Sybil Gwillanna. Once he went to the North Pole to hunt down Gwillanna. David and Zanna, as you can see don’t have a lot in common.
David and Zanna also have some things that are different, such as, David never thinks ahead. Zanna, on the other hand, always thinks ahead. For example, once Zanna was going out to battle an evil Sybil but, she knew that the evil Sybil would know that she was coming. Another example is that David went down to the artic and when he got there he noticed that he forgot to bring food. David and Zanna have another thing that is different. That thing is that David is always so nice, when Zanna can sometimes be mean. For example, David never yells, not even at Lucy when she looked at his story before it was done. Another example is that Zanna got so freaked out when she figured out that someone was spying on her. One more way that David and Zanna are different is, David stands up for him when Zanna is really shy. For example, David does not get mad when people yell at him, like Lucy who got really mad and yelled at David. David did not yell or cry back, he just asked Lucy why she was yelling at him. Another example is that when people yell at Zanna shy just says “Oh, ok, ok.”
In conclusion, David and Zanna are more different than similar, but the real reason why they are the same is because they are in the same story.
I’m going to compare Harry Potter, from the Harry Potter Series, and Ender Wiggin, from the book Ender’s Game. These two characters are alike in many ways, but still two very different characters.
First, I’ll name the things that they have in common. First, they both have very violent lives. Harry Potter’s whole life has been violent, when he was a baby, his parents got killed, and now he is trying to kill the person who killed his parents (Voldemort).Ender, has to fight space aliens like a pro, when he’s only six. They also both go to violent schools. Ender goes to a school to give him practice fighting aliens, and Harry goes to a school of magic. They both also had to leave their parents. Harry Potter’s parents were killed when he was a baby, and Ender Wiggin had to leave his parents when “The Army,” needs him to help them fight.
Those were some things that they had in common, now I’m going to name the differences. One of the biggest ones is that Ender is SUPER mature for his age, six. He always thinks things through. On the other hand, Harry Potter could be a little bit more mature, and think things through a little better. Another difference is that Harry Potter doesn’t use guns and swords, he uses his wand and spells, but Ender uses laser guns and swords.
You can see that Harry Potter and Ender Wiggin have a lot in common, because they’re two similar characters in two similar books!
